As every piece of jewellery is hand-crafted upon order, we have allowed ourselves to have a 7 day production period after order confirmation. This means we will ship your order immediately after production and you should receive it within 14 days.
During this period we will update you on how far we are in the process we are and when you can expect your delivery. We hope you understand that craftsmanship is a process. All our products are hand made in Warsaw, Poland, by renowed local craftsmen, from ethically mined polish sterling silver.
